Collaborations groups for school administrators to address complex school issues with innovative and creative solutions.
Educators participating in the Intern Collaboration Group will meet twice a month to extend their skills in practical strategies in school improvement.
Administrators participating in the New Administrators Collaboration group will meet twice a month to share and receive support in navigating a new role and to have the opportunity to connect with other school leaders to solve issues with innovation and a strengths based approach.
Administrators participating in the Experienced Administrators Collaboration Group will have the opportunity to continue to build their capacity for creating positive school cultures and collaborate with other like minded school leaders hoping to find creative solutions to complex issues facing schools.
We will help you refine and articulate your leadership philosophy to help you perform well during your school administration interviews.
